"I never thought I would give an insurance company a five star review. However, I am so pleased with the customer service I’ve received With Jason Davidson, State Farm insurance company. Gary was extremely helpful in getting a quote back to me in a timely manner, and I could not believe the difference in premiums between this company and Farm Bureau insurance company. I’m happy to be one of their new clients, and look forward to keeping them as my Personal home and auto Insurance company"

"Original review : ( that was requested to be made by the agency by email ) They are very responsive and super helpful. Thankful we were able to be insured with them . Update : Originally reviewed them with high marks … but came back to Truly review . I received a cancellation letter last week from State Farm . Due to too many comprehensive claims or not at fault claims ( two windshield from road debris or whatever hit it and two deer incidents , one that involved my daughter’s car as well )maybe there were more but I couldn’t actually talk to a person that knew the info . So I called Jason’s office to try to get more in-depth info and try to see if there was an appeal process . Spoke with a man on the phone that said he would pass my info to the right person and they would call me. Which was fine and I said that would work, I understand this is underwriting and not this offices decision individually . But I also know they are paid to be your contact person . I received no call back but yesterday , a week later , I received a “ courtesy email “ informing me of what I already knew since last week and still no explanation , informing of my options or appeal process . Just thanks , appreciate your business . Questions I have : Why even use this office for them to be your “agents” when you have no advocacy with them ? Why carry all the extras like comprehensive/ umbrella policies and so forth . if they will drop you if you use it when a suicidal deer and it’s friends target your car ? Do they not value their customers enough to even provide the bare minimum of information on what options that are available to you ? Or even respect them enough to call back ? But can send a courtesy email to say good luck to you ? I will not recommend this office or State Farm ever . Super disappointed. I will take our multiple policies elsewhere as well and tell everyone I have recommended to them to that this was not a good experience. You can do insurance , life insurance , buy phones , buy a house , buy cars and literally anything on the internet now so I guess agents just know you are just a number at this point in time . In response to owner : These “claims “ are due to things that were out of my control . Aka Comprehensive coverage/no fault incidents and also spanned over 6-7 years and also were claimed while at a different State Farm office as well . So I think it’s misleading to act like these were large scale events . Two were windshields and one was a windshield re do repair that State Farm refuse to stand by my original claim when safe light broke my sensor in the front of my car . And one claim was technically two but was due to a suicidal deer that ran into my car and then in return my daughter driving behind me hit said suicidal deer . But again Statefarm and apparently your office placed it under two claims that I was only aware of after the fact . So I think my “ claims “ being non collisions claims is justifiable with paying over 300$ a month for 3 drivers and two cars . Which if I total it up over three years would be over 10k . So again I ask the question if I pay 10k to cover me for accidents and comprehensive claims and things happening and then need to use y’all why is that a problem ."

"My parents have been with state farm practically my whole life, and now im 20 with my first car! When I called I honestly was expecting to be sent to a robot service, but to my surprise Jason answered the phone very quickly with a friendly greeting. It was super easy to get a quote, and he was super fast too! I was able to get a quote, and brand new insurance within my lunch break. Jason was super nice and easy to understand.
